We Are Future

The future is not a distant horizon: it is already here, before our very eyes, concealed only by a veil so fine that we can glimpse how it is. To see it, we must enter a visionary dimension, crossing the barriers of time to leave a positive mark. With the help of an artist capable of shaping a time-old, noble material, and give it a futuristic scale, Xacus imagines the new that will come, prompting reflection and showing a new possible way out.
Every creative gesture is art, happening here, now, right before our eyes. Because a piece is more than its definitive form; it is also the whole process behind its creation. The inspiration, the idea, and the construction, every correction, every afterthought. Through to the final touch.
The Art of Becoming is a journey through the fascinating process of creation: a tribute to what goes on behind the scenes, in an artist's studio, but also in fashion ateliers, or style departments.
Seven emerging artists have shown us their vision of Xacus in seven original pieces.
A new chapter is about to begin
The fourth artist is already at work. After the original pieces by Brillarelli, Cibic and Herd-Smith it is time for another extraordinary artist, who decided to connect with one of the values in our Manifesto,
to *breathe life into his creative interpretation. The piece will be revealed on this page on April 10, and officially unveiled on 11 April, in Xacus' Flagship Store, in Via Solferino, Milan.
